Bulk Vehicle Pickup in Vancouver

Have several vehicles to sell or a larger scrap vehicle enquiry? Call Cash For Used Cars Of Vancouver with the quantity, vehicle details and locations. We consider running and non running cars, trucks, SUVs and vans, and we offer free pickup by arrangement.

A group of vehicles needs more than a single description such as “old cars.” Tell us what is included, who is authorised to sell each vehicle and how the collection site can be accessed. Those details help us discuss the job before anyone commits to a collection time.

Start with the number of vehicles and their locations

Let us know whether you have two vehicles, several vehicles at one property, or vehicles stored at different Vancouver locations. Describe the types and the condition of each one. A running van and a non running car can be included in the same enquiry, but they still need separate details so their assessment and collection requirements are understood.

If you are preparing a larger enquiry, a short list is more useful than a long general description. Include the year, make, model, approximate kilometres if known and running condition. Mention missing parts, damage or previous modifications. If a detail is unknown, mark it as unknown rather than guessing.

What to include in your vehicle list

For each vehicle, record the basic identifying details and the pickup location. Add whether the keys are available, whether the wheels roll and whether another vehicle or stored item blocks access. You can use a simple note or table; there is no need to create a formal report before calling.

Use general details for the initial enquiry. Full identification documents and registration images do not belong in an ordinary website message. Discuss the appropriate ownership checks directly once the enquiry has been reviewed.

Running and non running vehicles can be discussed together

We consider both running and non running vehicles. A car that starts but cannot be driven safely should be described that way. If a vehicle has been parked for a long time, tell us about tires, keys, wheels and any parts that have been removed. Do not assume every vehicle in the group has the same condition or collection needs.

For a mixed group, separate the vehicle assessment from the site arrangements. The quantity helps explain the scale of the enquiry, while the individual descriptions explain what is being offered. For a single vehicle, our selling preparation page covers the details to have ready.

04 / The details

Explain ownership before scheduling

Tell us if different people or businesses own the vehicles. Being able to access a property does not, by itself, establish authority to sell every vehicle on it. If you are helping another owner, clearing an estate or dealing with company vehicles, explain the situation before a collection appointment is discussed.

Missing records and outstanding finance need to be raised early. Read the BC selling and paperwork guide and ask the relevant broker or lender about your circumstances. Do not treat a collection booking as confirmation that all ownership or finance requirements have been resolved.

05 / The details

Plan access for the whole group

Describe the route to the vehicles and the order in which they can be reached. Several cars parked closely together may need a different plan from vehicles spread across an open area. Mention gates, parkade clearance, shared access, restricted visiting times and any vehicle that cannot roll or steer.

Do not move an unsafe vehicle or obstruct a shared lane to prepare for an enquiry. Call first and explain the arrangement as it stands. If someone must unlock the site or provide keys, tell us when that person will be available. For local access details, see West Side and Downtown pickup planning.

06 / The details

Discuss the assessment and payment clearly

Ask whether each vehicle will have a separate offer and how a combined amount will be explained. A group enquiry should still leave you clear about which vehicles are included. Condition, completeness and the information supplied can differ across the group, so do not assume one headline figure applies equally to all vehicles.

Cash and Interac transfer are available. Discuss the method, timing and handover arrangements before confirming the collection. If more than one owner is involved, raise that at the outset. Read how vehicle value is assessed if you want to prepare questions about the offer.

Collection is arranged around the actual job

Tell us your preferred timing and whether the whole group needs to leave together. If access changes during the week or there is a property deadline, say so before agreeing to an appointment. Collection arrangements depend on the vehicles, site and available schedule; a large enquiry is not automatically a promise of immediate removal.

We can be contacted daily from 7 am to 11:30 pm, Vancouver time. Those are contact hours. Discuss collection times separately, especially if several vehicles, different owners or more than one site are involved. Our process page explains what to confirm before handover.

Questions about multiple vehicles

Can I enquire about running and non running vehicles together?

Yes. Include each vehicle in the list and describe its actual condition. Tell us which vehicles start, which cannot be driven and which have missing parts or access problems. A mixed group can be discussed in one enquiry, while the assessment and collection requirements are considered for the individual vehicles involved.

Do all the vehicles need to be at the same address?

Tell us the locations before booking. Several vehicles at one Vancouver site and vehicles at separate addresses need different planning. Include the pickup area for each vehicle and explain whether keys or access are controlled by different people. We will discuss what arrangements are suitable rather than assuming every location can be handled at the same time.

Can you consider trucks, SUVs and vans as well as cars?

Yes, we consider cars, trucks, SUVs and vans. Provide the actual vehicle type and details for each one. Oversized, unusual or specially modified vehicles need an individual discussion. Do not assume that a multiple vehicle enquiry includes heavy machinery, motorhomes, boats or every commercial load without checking acceptance and collection requirements first.

Is pickup free for a multiple vehicle enquiry?

We offer free pickup. Explain the vehicle list, Vancouver locations and access restrictions so the complete arrangements can be discussed before booking. Quantity alone does not describe the site requirements. Confirm which vehicles are included, where they will be collected and the agreed schedule as part of the overall offer and collection conversation.

What if one vehicle has no keys or does not roll?

Mention that against the specific vehicle in your list. Missing keys, locked wheels and restricted access are important collection details, particularly when another vehicle blocks the way. Describe the current situation before making changes. Do not assume particular recovery equipment or a collection method is available until the actual requirements have been discussed.

Can I arrange a collection for somebody else’s vehicles?

Explain your role and who owns each vehicle before booking. You may be helping with an enquiry without being authorised to complete a sale. Confirm the ownership documents and any authority required for the circumstances with the appropriate people. Do not arrange disposal simply because vehicles are stored on a property you manage or can access.

Can a collection deadline be considered?

Yes, tell us the date and any restrictions when you first call. A deadline is useful planning information, but it does not guarantee a particular collection time. For a larger group, identify whether some vehicles need to be addressed first and whether access can be arranged on different dates. Confirm the actual schedule before relying on it.

What should I do before calling about several vehicles?

Prepare the number of vehicles, their year, make, model, condition and Vancouver locations. Add keys, access issues, ownership questions and preferred timing. You can begin with a simple list and clarify missing details during the conversation. Avoid sending complete personal documents through the general enquiry form; discuss the appropriate verification process directly.
