Step 1: Tell us about the vehicle
Have the year, make, model and approximate kilometres ready. Explain whether the vehicle starts and can be driven, and describe known damage, faults or missing components. Tell us the Vancouver pickup area and whether the keys are available.

Step 2: Discuss the assessment and offer
Ask what information the assessment relies on and whether the number discussed is an estimate or a final agreed amount. The specification, condition, kilometres and completeness of the vehicle can matter. A running used car and an end of life vehicle may be considered differently.

Step 3: Agree the collection arrangements
Pickup is free and booked by arrangement. Give us the actual location and describe gates, parkade clearance, blocked access or a vehicle that cannot roll. Tell us your preferred time and who can provide access and keys.
Our contact hours are daily, 7 am to 11:30 pm, Vancouver time. Collection times are agreed separately. If there is a deadline, mention it early rather than assuming an immediate or same day appointment. For visits to 5828 Granville St, please call first.
Step 4: Prepare for handover
Confirm the payment method and timing before the appointment. Cash and Interac transfer are available; agree the exact arrangements for the transaction rather than assuming a bank transfer limit or completion time.

Keep the agreement clear
Record the vehicle details, the amount agreed and the collection arrangements. If the vehicle differs from the description or circumstances change, discuss that before proceeding. A clear conversation is more useful than discovering an unresolved issue while a collection is underway.
Keep appropriate transaction and payment records after the sale. Completing collection and completing the registration process are related tasks; follow the official guidance for the transfer rather than assuming one automatically proves the other.
Questions about the process
Is the website form an instant valuation tool?
No. It is a way to send a vehicle enquiry. Include the vehicle details, condition, pickup area and a phone number so the enquiry can be discussed. For time sensitive requests or several vehicles, calling is the simplest starting point. The form should not be treated as an automatic guarantee of a price or collection appointment.
Can I call about a car that does not run?
Yes. Tell us what you know about the condition, whether the wheels roll and whether the keys are available. We consider non running vehicles as well as running cars, trucks, SUVs and vans. Collection needs depend on the vehicle and access, so describe those details before agreeing to an appointment.
What if the information changes after I enquire?
Contact us before the appointment if the vehicle condition, pickup location, ownership situation or available timing changes. An offer discussed using one set of details may need to be reviewed if those details are different. Confirm the next step directly so the collection arrangements reflect the vehicle and circumstances as they are now.
Can I visit instead of arranging pickup?
Yes, visits are possible, but please call first. We are based at 5828 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6M 3C7. Tell us what vehicle you want to discuss and whether you intend to bring it. Arrange a suitable time before travelling, especially if the vehicle cannot be driven safely or legally.
